Hours    Our internet stores are open 24 hours per day!  Chuckle – isn’t the internet great?!

Regular business hours for questions and concerns or item descriptions are 10am-8pm, using the Pacific Time zone.  We are open 7 days a week.  Orders are filled in the order in which they arrived.

Stores    All of our Stores are called MY BITTERSWEET MAGICK and our user I.D. for all stores is BITTERSWEET367. 

We currently have three internet stores for your shopping convenience – AuctionWitch or AW, e-Witch or EW, & eBay.  AW & EW use both the Auction and immediate purchase method called Buy It Now, also known as a fixed price.  eBay is mainly a Buy It Now store.  The largest store in our circle is located at EW.  Each store has it’s own shopping cart which accepts a few different methods of payment.  Visit our Links page to click on any or all of our stores – come on, go ahead, check us out!  You’ll be glad you did. 

Payment    Accepted payment methods are USPS POSTAL Money Order & Paypal in USD funds only – this includes store, e-mail direct, & over the phone orders.  Worldwide customers may only use Paypal in USD funding to purchase any of our items.  USPS Postal Money Orders need made payable to MY BITTERSWEET MAGICK.

Our preference for payment is Paypal.  Sign-up at Paypal is fast, easy, and free.  With multiple payment options available, Paypal just can’t be beat.  Many Paypal Payment options are available to satisfy your purchase(s): All Major Credit Cards, e-Checks, and Instant Payment- which uses your Paypal balance, or your checking or savings account – you decide this at sign-up.  Paypal is Secure – No one has any information to your private accounts and you decide how & where you want your funds to originate from when you initially sign-up for Paypal {on their secure website}.  To make it even easier for you to sign up at Paypal we have included a banner on our Links page.  Paypal payment for all merchandise purchased at any of our 3 stores needs made payable to coolstuff@my-bittersweet-magick.net .  Our stores’ shopping carts may be used or you may use Paypal’s Send feature, or you may just send us an e-mail with your wishes and once any internet specials have been tallied up for you, My Bittersweet Magick / Trillium Herbal Apothecary will Paypal bill you, sending out an invoice to your Paypal or other email address that you have given us.  At this point you may Paypal your funds or snail mail your USPS Postal Money Order.

Shipping    Both domestic and Internet shipping is available and most merchandise is shipped using USPS Priority Mail / USPS Priority International. 

SHIPPING Schedule for USA – drop ships are conducted 7 days a week for flat rate envelopes, boxes ship 5 days a week M-F.

SHIPPING Schedule for WORLDWIDE – flat rate envelopes and boxes ship 4 days a week M-F, shipping is held up until we receive your telephone number.  As the USPS adjusts their rates more often than we can edit each and every one of our listings, your quoted shipping rate per each listing is only an approximate guess.  Overpayment in excess of $2.00 {our handling fee for worldwide shipments} will be Paypal-ed back to you

More times than not, your merchandise will fly out of our home store 2x daily, 5 days a week -7 days a week for packages suitable for USPS drop ship {USA only}. 

Worldwide orders are gladly taken however there are some restrictions.  Ship out of your merchandise is 2x per day, 4 days a week.  Before your order is accepted by the USPS online shipping /combined customs form you must submit your phone number to us.  Shipping will be delayed until your phone number has been received – hey, not our rules, these are the official regulations for online shipping by the World Postal Organization.  We do not sign off worldwide orders as a gift nor are we responsible for your possible customs/duty charges.  You, as a worldwide buyer are solely responsible for your purchase(s) from MY BITTERSWEET MAGICK & TRILLIUM HERBAL APOTHECARY.  It is your responsibility to make sure that our items are neither restricted nor prohibited by your country.  If a package is returned as non-deliverable you will not be refunded any monies. 

Rest assured My Bittersweet Magick / Trillium Herbal Apothecary does not keep nor do we sell your private information – every vital statistic needed to process your order is virtually shredded {yes, really!} as we do not print out any information other than shipping/customs labels.  Since we do not keep any information on you, this information must be submitted each and every time for phone orders – internet orders will have your address available with each purchase so you need only re-submit your telephone number for customs use.

Policy    First Come, First Paid, First Shipped

Since too many individuals are now using the internet as click-n-run shopping we have added the above policy.  We will use our contractual rights as a seller per each of our venues to put a strike again your account following that particular site’s protocol.  You will immediately be banished from all three of our MBM stores and when your account is no longer in good standing due to negative feedback and unpaid items demerits you will be permanently kicked out of the parent auction site as well.  All stores/auction sites have strict policy regarding unpaid items and we will exercise our legal rights.

Since we have 3 internet stores and we also accept over the phone and direct e-mail orders, there may come a time when My Bittersweet Magick or Trillium Herbal Apothecary does not have enough merchandise to fill all orders that were placed at the same time by multiple customers – in this case MBM & THA reserve the right to cancel any multiple orders using our standing policy of first come, first paid, first shipped.  Immediate e-mail notification will be placed to your address on record giving you the option for a back-order or refund of payment – this choice is completely up to you in most instances.  Mail order customers are at a slight disadvantage due to the instant payment from our Paypal customers – still, you will either have your items back-ordered or funds will be returned using the same method that was chosen to send your payment to us.

Contact    Phone – Phone Hours 10am-8pm using the Pacific Time zone.  (360) 793-3624 Domestic customers: Please leave a message and your name & phone number along with the hours that are best for us to reach you.  Your message will be returned if you slowly leave your name and number, after all, if we can’t figure out who called, we can’t return your call.  International Customers:  Please calculate the correct hours of operation when placing your call.  Incase we are unavailable to personally answer your call within 3 rings you will be redirected to our company’s voicemail.  We do not return international phone calls but rather e-mail or instant message you back using msn, so please speak slowly and leave us your e-mail/instant message address for MSN Messenger as do not use any other instant message provider please do not ask us to yahoo.  Smiles.

RMA    an RMA code {Return Merchandise Acceptance} is needed prior to acceptance of any of our products.  A label will be authorized for you if need be for returns.  Please do not send any returns to MBM/THA without prior notification and approval.  Your account will not be credited if you do not follow this simple step – Contact Us First.  Not all items are eligible for return and or shipping reimbursement so please read the item description on our listing of your preferred shopping venue.  If you need assistance – Please Feel Free to Contact Us during Regular Business Hours….or by email 24 hours a day.  We will return your letter at the earliest possible time available to us.
