First Come, First Paid, First Shipped

Our items are sold at multiple venues
Sometimes this means that your order can not be fulfill as placed. In this case we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your monies. When similar orders are received at the same time we will use our standing policy of first come, first paid, first shipped. Immediate e-mail notification will be placed to your address on record giving you the option for a back-order or refund of payment – this choice is completely up to you in most instances. Mail order customers are at a slight disadvantage due to the instant payment from our Paypal & Credit Card customers – still, you will either have your items back-ordered or funds will be returned.

We ship Domestic and International orders
More times than not, your merchandise will fly out of our store within 48 hours of payment accepted. USA orders are shipped M-F.
USPS Priority Mail / USPS Priority International & UPS methods of shipping are available.

International orders are gladly accepted.
Due to the World Postal Organization's newer more relaxed rules; we will no longer ship the Flat Rate Envelope or Flat Rate Small Box Worldwide. The WPO/USPS no longer scans these smaller packages making it impossible to track the progress of our shipment Before your order is accepted by the USPS online shipping /combined customs form we may need your phone number, so please keep one on file. We do not sign the custom's form stating your purchased item is a gift nor are we responsible for your possible customs/duty charges. You, as a worldwide buyer are solely responsible for your purchase(s) from our e-stores. It is your responsibility to make sure that our items are not restricted nor prohibited by your country.

Packing Materials
Whenever possible we Recycle, Reuse, and Conserve, Conserve, Conserve. This includes some packaging materials – please let us know if this is offensive to you and we will do our best to make sure that your particular order leaves with all brand new resources.

RETURNS

Not all items are eligible for return, or store credit
Returns shipped without prior notification and approval will not be accepted. Contact us via phone or email to see if your item is returnable. Qualifying returns will receive a return label in the mail or an RMAC {Return Merchandise Acceptance Code} for crediting your account. Store credit will be issued for most qualifying returns.
